Returns, Refunds & Replacement

Order Cancellations

• Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
To request a cancellation, please email us at care@dispcare.com with your order details.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, as our logistics
partners initiate service charges immediately upon pick-up.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of intimation.
• For prepaid orders, delivery and packaging charges will be deducted from the refund
amount. A standard packaging charge of ₹20 will apply.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Returns & Replacements

Return or replacement requests will only be considered if made within 2 days of delivery and must include clear images and a description of the issue.

We will accept return/replacement requests only under the following conditions:
1. The product received is damaged, expired, or incorrect.
2. An item from your order is missing.
Products that do not fall under the above categories will not be eligible for return or replacement due to hygiene and safety concerns.

How to Initiate a Request

To initiate a return, refund, or replacement request, please email us at care@dispcare.com with the
following:
• Order number
• Reason for request
• Photographic proof (if applicable)

Our support team will verify the claim and guide you through the next steps.
